Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full payment or as per the agreed deposit schedule.

All children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You must inform the guides of the child’s age during booking to ensure appropriate arrangements.
Physical Requirements
The activity has an easy difficulty level but involves walking outdoors in cold weather.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit and dressed appropriately for Arctic winter conditions.
This tour is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Inclusions and Equipment
The tour price includes transportation by bus, thermal clothing (suits, boots, gloves, balaclava, helmet, and headlamp), hot meal, drinks, and guided services.
Guests are advised to bring their own camera gear, tripod, and layered winter clothing.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued in case the Northern Lights do not appear during your tour.
Food Allergies & Special Diets
Guests must inform of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
If not notified in advance, an additional fee of NOK 150 per person may apply for on-spot dietary adjustments.
Cancellations and Changes by Guest
Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the tour are subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Cancellations by Operator
In rare cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour.
If cancelled by the operator, guests will be offered to reschedule, an alternative activity, or a full refund.
Liability and Insurance
Guests participate at their own risk and are advised to have adequate travel and health insurance.
The operator is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Punctuality and No-Show
Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals or no-shows will be considered a cancellation without refund.
