All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Bookings are considered confirmed only after full or agreed advance payment is received and a confirmation email is sent by norwaytour.eu.
Please ensure all passenger details, pickup and drop-off locations, and timing provided at the time of booking are accurate.
Full or partial payment as per the invoice must be made before the transfer date.
Payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices quoted include vehicle, driver, fuel, and toll charges, unless specified otherwise.
Any request to change booking details (such as pickup time, location, or date) must be made at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur 100% cancellation charges.
No-shows at the pickup location at the agreed time will be treated as a cancellation.
Passengers must be ready at the specified pickup point at the agreed time. Delays may result in additional charges or cancellation.
Passengers are responsible for their own travel documents, visas, and compliance with local laws.
Luggage is carried at passengers’ own risk; norwaytour.eu is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
The type of vehicle assigned will depend on the number of passengers and luggage, as specified during booking.
All vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and operated by professional drivers.
Passengers must not smoke, consume alcohol, or cause damage inside the vehicle.
norwaytour.eu will make every effort to ensure timely service but is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to providing the booked transfer service as described.
Passengers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, medical needs, or cancellations.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
