Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email.
Minimum Participation
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the tour to operate. If this minimum is not met, you will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
Itinerary Changes
The tour itinerary is subject to change or modification due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Safety and comfort of participants will always take priority.
Punctuality
Please ensure you arrive at your confirmed pickup point on time. The tour cannot be delayed for late arrivals. Missed tours due to lateness are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
Health & Safety
Participants must be in suitable physical condition to join the tour. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users or children under 12 years.
Liability
The operator is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Please keep valuables secure at all times.
Personal Conduct
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the tour. Any participant found violating these rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
Photography & Media
The guide may take photographs during the tour for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in such materials, please inform the guide at the start of the tour.
Force Majeure
The operator is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, or road closures.
